All international orders over £20.00 will be sent by insured "International Signed For" post. The cost varies with the order value as follows:

Order by email and save

Please do not use the web shop if you live outside the EU as all prices assume you are ordering from within the EU and therefore include UK VAT. Instead, please and a detailed quote will be sent by return without UK VAT and with the appropriate postage and insurance. The purchase will be finalized by a PayPal email invoice.

Already placed an order online?

Don't panic!

EU residents: if the standard UK postage does not cover airmail and insurance you will receive a PayPal request for the additional postage and any insurance required. Usually, the amount is between £2.50 and £5.00. All orders ship once full payment has been received.

Non-EU residents: you may request a full refund, and re-submit your order by email, or you can have your order and payment treated as follows. The postage charges will be recalulated for international delivery whilst the cost of goods will be recalculated free of UK VAT. For most orders these changes cancel out so there are usually no additional charges; if there are you will receive a PayPal request as above.
